My name is Valerie Szymanski
FOOD & WINE DESTINATION SPECIALIST
As an RN turned luxury travel advisor, with over 40 years of traveling as a military dependent, I have developed a passion not only for travel but also to help others plan unique adventures to new and exciting destinations.
I have lived in Canada, multiple states within the USA, Germany, Cambridge England, The French Riviera, and South Korea, and have traveled far beyond each of these destinations while living abroad. During my time in South Korea, I curated small group travel experiences to China and the South Pacific while running an export business out of Beijing.
Over the years I have arranged private customized tours for small groups, couples, and families across the globe including; Hawaii, the Caribbean, Alaska, Costa Rica, Scotland, Poland, France, England, and beyond. I am proud to be a part of The Travel Society and Virtuoso families.

My name is David Szymanski
Travel Enthusiast and Director of Digital Marketing and Media.
With over 23 years of experience as an Army Aviation officer, and 10 years of management in Industrial Maintenance/Manufacturing across the nation, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Val's Travel team, coupled with a passion for travel cultivated through extensive journeys around the world.
With a degree in history and a Master's in Education, David has a passion for places that are diverse in culture, rich in customs, flavors, and history.
David is poised to elevate the Val’s Travel team, ensuring unparalleled luxury travel experiences for every client.
